  24. I believe that this rumour came about when someone tried to use the A4000 3.1 in
  25. an A1200 - obviously, the A4000 not having a PCMCIA slot, the ROMs knew nothing about
  26. the slot so it would not work.

  28. However, 3.1 ROMs are available for A500, 600, 1200, 1500, 2000, 3000 and 4000
  29. (dunno abut the 1000), and work fine in their respective machines.

  31. BTW, the new A1200 come with OS3.1, so it must work fine...

  38. P.S.  To answer the next inevitable question, yes you can run WB3.1 on KS3.0 -
  39. I have done it and all is well.
